Deposits

To guarantee your booking date, we require a non-refundable deposit. Rentals are booked on a first come first served basis, we cannot hold your date without the deposit. Please arrange to make your deposit.



Capacity

Bar Room

There is a $200.00 deposit for the bar room. The bar room has a capacity of 80 guests seated at round tables, and 30 additional seats at the bar.

Reception Room

There is a $100.00 deposit for the reception room. The reception room has a capacity of 40 guests seated at round tables.

Banquet Room

There is a $400.00 deposit for the banquet room. The banquet room has a capacity of 240 guests seated at round tables, with ample space available for dancing.

Glen (Pavilion)

There is a $400.00 deposit for the Glen. The glen has a capacity of 200 guests inside the pavilion and an additional 100 guests on the pavers surrounding the pavilion. The Pavilion is setup with round tables and a dance floor.

Minimum attendance/Hours(The glen, pavilion)

A minimum attendance of 50 people is required for the glen (pavilion). An additional charge of $250.00 will be applied for all parties under 50 people. Parties must be over by 10:00pm, No Exceptions.

Decorations

Decoration Policy

No decorations are to be hung on the walls or ceilings. There are clips on the ceiling that may be utilized. If in doubt please ask before putting up any decorations.

Liquor and Bar Arrangements

Bartender Charges

All parties under 50 people requiring a bartender will be charged $15.00 an hour.

Liquor Policy

No alcoholic beverages may be brought onto the premises. Any alcoholic beverages brought onto the premises will be confiscated.

Outside Catering

We do not allow outside catering. Our excellent kitchen staff can provide you with any number of menu choices at reasonable prices with the exception of baked goods, cookies and cakes, which are allowed to be brought on the premises.

Payment

Payment policy and Options

Final payment must be made in full the day of the party unless prior arrangements have been made. Payments may be made in the form of cash, check, Visa or MasterCard.

Miscellaneous

Party Extras

All parties on premises must order a complete buffet, platters, or sit down dinners. Party extras are for take-out only. Party extras may be added to compliment a buffet only.

Maximum party Length

Parties are a maximum of five hours in length. Flynn's must approve anything over five hours in advance; an additional fee may be applied.

Guest Count

A guaranteed guest count must be provided ten days in advance of the scheduled event.

Tables

Tables are 60" round and seat 8 people.

Linens

Our menu price includes table linen, and there is no charge for hall rental. Table linens are white in color; other colors are available at an additional charge. Linen napkins are available in colors at no additional charge.

Children

Children under the age of 5 eat free; children aged 5-10 can be provided with a smaller serving of your chosen menu and are half price. We do have a number of high chairs available, but please; let us know in advance to ensure we have a sufficient number on that day.
